1. 適用範圍
本政策適用於 GoTogether iOS App 及其相關支援服務。使用本 App 即表示使用者已閱讀本政策。若不同意本政策，請停止使用本 App。
2. 我們蒐集的資料

3. 照片與權限
只有在使用者主動選擇上傳照片時，App 才會要求相簿或相機權限。已上傳的照片會儲存在 Firebase Storage。照片可能向同一旅程中有權存取該內容的成員顯示。我們不會將照片用於第三方廣告、行銷或跨 App 追蹤。
4. 資料使用方式
- 提供及維護帳號登入、旅程協作、訊息與照片功能。
- 執行安全措施、防止濫用及排除技術問題。
- 回覆客服、帳號及隱私權相關請求。
- 遵守法律義務或有效的主管機關要求。
我們不販售個人資料、不將資料用於第三方廣告，也不將資料用於跨 App 或網站追蹤。
5. 第三方服務與資料儲存
GoTogether 使用 Google Firebase／Google Cloud 服務，包括 Firebase Authentication 與 Firebase Storage，以提供登入驗證及雲端照片儲存。資料可能由 Google 依其基礎設施所在地進行處理。相關處理亦受 Firebase 隱私權與安全性資訊及 Google 適用條款規範。
App 可能使用 Apple 提供的系統服務，例如使用 Apple 登入及 Apple Maps；該等服務由 Apple 依其隱私權政策處理。
6. 資料共享
我們僅在提供服務所必要的範圍內，向下列對象揭露資料：
- 使用者加入之旅程中獲授權的其他成員。
- 代為提供雲端驗證、儲存及基礎設施服務的 Firebase／Google Cloud。
- 依法有權要求資料的主管機關。
7. 資料保存與安全
資料會在提供服務、維持帳號、處理爭議及履行法律義務所需期間內保存。我們採取合理的技術與管理措施保護資料；然而，任何網路傳輸或電子儲存方式均無法保證絕對安全。
8. 帳號與資料刪除
使用者可在 GoTogether App 的帳號或設定區內發起刪除帳號。刪除後，我們會刪除或去識別化與該帳號相關、且無須依法保留的資料。已由其他旅程成員共同建立或保存的內容，以及依法或為防止詐欺、處理爭議所需的有限資料，可能在必要範圍內保留。
若無法使用 App 內刪除功能，可寄信至 gotogetherapp.support@gmail.com 尋求協助。
9. 使用者內容與權利
使用者應僅上傳或分享其有權使用的照片與內容。使用者保有其內容的權利，並僅授予我們為操作、提供及改善 GoTogether 服務所必要的非專屬授權，包括儲存、處理、顯示及向獲授權旅程成員傳輸內容。
10. 兒童隱私
GoTogether 並非專為未滿 13 歲兒童設計。我們不會在明知的情況下蒐集未滿 13 歲兒童的個人資料。若認為兒童在未經適當同意下提供資料，請與我們聯絡。
11. 政策更新
本政策可能因功能、法令或資料處理方式變更而更新。我們會在本頁公布新版政策並更新「最後更新」日期；重大變更時，可能另於 App 內提供通知。

Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This Policy applies to the GoTogether iOS app and related support services. If you do not agree with this Policy, please stop using the app.
2. Information We Collect
- Account and contact information: email address, Firebase user ID, and identifiers provided through Sign in with Apple.
- Messages and user content: trip discussions, comments, and related content submitted through the app.
- Photos: trip covers, place photos, and chat images that you choose to upload.
We do not collect credit card numbers, bank account details, or payment credentials merely because the app offers expense-recording or bill-splitting features.
3. Photos and Permissions
The app requests photo-library or camera access only when you choose to upload an image. Uploaded images are stored in Firebase Storage and may be visible to authorized members of the relevant trip. We do not use photos for third-party advertising, marketing, or cross-app tracking.
4. How We Use Information
- Provide account authentication, trip collaboration, messaging, and photo features.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Respond to support, account, and privacy requests.
- Comply with applicable law and valid legal requests.
We do not sell personal information, use it for third-party advertising, or use it to track you across apps or websites.
5. Service Providers and Storage
GoTogether uses Google Firebase/Google Cloud services, including Firebase Authentication and Firebase Storage, for authentication and cloud photo storage. Google may process data where its infrastructure operates. See Firebase Privacy and Security. The app may also use Apple services, including Sign in with Apple and Apple Maps, which Apple processes under its own privacy policy.
6. Sharing
We share information only as necessary with authorized members of a trip, Firebase/Google Cloud as our service provider, and authorities when legally required.
7. Retention and Security
We retain information as needed to provide the service, maintain accounts, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.
8. Account and Data Deletion
You can initiate account deletion from the account or settings area within GoTogether. After deletion, we delete or de-identify account-related data unless retention is required by law. Content jointly created or retained by other trip members, and limited records needed for fraud prevention or dispute resolution, may be retained where necessary.

9. User Content and Rights
You must only upload content you have the right to use. You retain rights in your content and grant us only the non-exclusive permission necessary to operate and provide GoTogether, including storing, processing, displaying, and transmitting content to authorized trip members.
10. Children's Privacy
GoTogether is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information without appropriate consent.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy when our features, legal obligations, or data practices change. We will post the revised version here and update the date above.
